Wo ist meine Bestellung? - Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Solidarity Bra derzeit alle sind Vorbestellungen. Sie sollen zwischen Ende Oktober und Anfang November bei uns eintreffen. Our UK return labels are tracked. So you can check the progress of your delivery by inputting your tracking number here.
It may then take a few days for our warehouse to process your parcel. So please do not email us until 5 working days have passed since your item was successfully delivered to us. We aim to process your items as quickly as possible, but during peak times, it may take a little longer.
We do deliver worldwide! Hooray! You should have no issues inputting your delivery address at checkout. However, if you do encounter any issues, please do get in touch.
We are not currently stocked anywhere, except through our own website. So this is the only place you can purchase our award-winning sports bras. Yet, if you are worried about sizing, we do offer free 15-min online bra fittings every week. So please get involved! They are so much fun.
Unfortunately we are not able to make changes to orders once they have been placed. What we suggest is that you place a second order with the correct info and items you require, then return your intial order to us when possible.
We are always looking to bring more stock in and develop more designs. When a specific size becomes out of stock you will have the option of signing up for a 'Back in Stock alert' in case one or two more become available soon. However, this will be sporadically. The best way to keep up to date on new and big stock drop is to sign up to our newsletter and following us on Instagram.
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days and we send you a confirmation email when it is dispatched. Please do check your spam folder.
If you used a tracked service then your tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email. We recommend using tracked services when possible.
Of course! However, please book in a free online bra fitting consultation with me to discuss your needs, rather than reaching out over email. As I am able to advise you better if I see the sports bra worn on you and so that you can fully describe to me how the fit and size feels, or I can help you measure yourself pre-purchase.
I'm afraid we do not currently offer any of the above mentioned discounts. However, we do offer periodical offers and sales via our newsletter. So do be sure to sign-up so you don't miss out.
